We started Bengali Sweet House because the sweets of our childhood were disappearing from Delhi — the soft sandesh that melts on your tongue, the rasgulla soaked in just-right syrup, the kalo jam you can only get from a true Bengali kitchen. We promised ourselves one thing: no shortcuts, no day-old stock, no compromise on ghee. Every sweet on your thali is made by hands that have known these recipes for a lifetime.
